@@hifipigTv I don't either, as I'm not an electrical enginerr, (I'm mechanical), but I have a really good set of Voodoo aes/ebu cables from my transport to my DAC and I could immediately hear a big difference from optical... and a wee bit better than s/pdif... Hope you had a great time. I'd have loved to been there...!

I genuinely don’t understand it. The science stuff suggests there should be all or nothing but my experience is very different.
