    Interesting 🧐
I just re made my headfi stack for my 60th birthday…
I went with the 2021 LCDX Creator Edition..along with a Bryston BHA-1 Headphone amp/ preamp along with a recently purchased Denafrips Ares 12-1 DAC …and I’m good …and yes, the LCDX can be a little recessed ( unit variants) in the vocals..mine isn’t as bad as others. I’ve heard😮
I suspect that even the higher end headphones may have variation in tunings
Nice video..lots of background noise tho .

My God, Sennheiser is still trying to sell his crafts like HD650 )) 😖😆I have Chinese planar earphones TinHiFi P1 Max - for a hundred euros that sound better in all respects. The sub-bass is better developed and there is no such bulk on the mid-bass (with the HD650 - it’s as if they are knocking on a 200-liter plastic barrel for waste and not on a drum), the midrange is cleaner (without synthetic coloring, which in the HD650 version makes an expensive piano cheap Casio synthesizer), the treble is a little brighter. And most importantly, Panda (P1Max) are an order of magnitude more emotional, individual sounds roll like billiard balls - they have volume and are interesting to watch (there is nothing like this in the 650s). In general, all my big headphones are now lying around idle - let’s face it, it’s generally impossible to listen to the same Beyer DT770 after 7Hz Zero (25 eur) - everything is so bad. The future in headphones only with planar headphones and it will come from China...
