How to paint waterfalls with acrylic paint

Do you need some basic tips to improve your waterfall paintings? Don't worry, I got your back on this one! In this video I will be talking through how I painted 4 different waterfall images with acrylic paints. These are not step by step tutorials, but I'll be sharing some basic techniques and comments to help you improve your art!
The materials I used were:
Winsor&Newton Galeria acrylic paints: (Set of 10: amzn.to/3AgztqS)
- Cadmium red hue 200ml: amzn.to/3NDtqjc
- Ultramarine blue 60ml: amzn.to/3yb6SR5
- Process Cyan (Cerulean blue also works well: amzn.to/3a9zGld)
- Cadmium yellow deep hue (I could only find medium hue on amazon amzn.to/3uglhui)
- Cadmium yelow pale hue 200ml: amzn.to/3yyGlyQ
- Titanium white 200ml: amzn.to/3AmhXl8
Wooden hardboard primed with Mont Marte Gesso amzn.to/3d2PRBW

Use a hair blow drier to heat up the tape and it will loosen up the glue and you can peel the tape off without pulling off paper. Beautiful waterfalls!

Thanks, I loved your informative tutorial. Even though I'm much older than you, I'm in the same boat & also painting my first waterfall as part of my art class. Re the masking tape problem: perhaps if you guesso paint the cardboard first, the tape won't stick as much & will peel off more easily. Also, you could try using masking tape bought from the art store, not the hardware store - if that's the case. (I'm in Australia & have found the 'Magpie' brand superb.) Good luck in your art career; your waterfalls look great!
