Hey friend!! You got it, I’m just on the road but once I stop I got you
Can't get over how charming and genuine Dany is 24/7.
Absolutely agreed!
A treasure! As are her sisters.
She uses the same picks as Ale, but used to use something different.
According to Ale "I use these picks. I take care of them and put them back, then Dany borrows them and loses them." Sisters.
I got those stubby picks because i learned that Dany uses them. How the hell does she strum so hard with that thing !? You have to play with so much finess with a 3 mm pick. Its ridiculous. Dany is my guitar hero.
Dany shines like a supernova and she is an awesome guitar nerd!!
She is the Queen of the guitar scene!
Viva The Warning!! ⚡⚡⚡
I could watch Dany all day ..she’s like the most down to her person but on stage she unleashed the beast and rocks you like a hurricane.
I love electric (and acoustic) guitars. They're like the classic sports cars of the music world. They (can) sound and look amazing, all the different ways you can customize them, to make them suit your taste and playing style. That said, I couldn't play on one even if my life depended on it 😂 Maybe I could have one hanging on my wall, as a piece of art, and admire its beauty? Nah, that would be like having a sports car and have it parked in the garage all the time, that would be just sad. And Dany, such a delightful human being. We all know how talented she is, but she also seems to be kind, humble, and full of energy, the kind of person you'd love to have as a friend. And she doesn't look like a walking make up commercial. Well done mr and mrs. Villarreal 😃
Not many people can pull off a yellow guitar like Dany. It looks like a small bit of sunshine when she plays it. Amazing the impression these ladies make on the music world around them.
I'm sure Dany loves her other guitars but her wine PRS Dany signature is clearly her baby. Good vid thanks!.
This was recorded last August at the Chicago show. I was front and center that night. Dany can make all those guitars sing! Surprised you haven't seen the Manson yet tho. She has played it just about every show for the last 3 months now.
No glamour no skimpy close, just the mega talented Danny . Who is one of the best front women in rock and roll
I can't stand these types of comments. No one says that about men. She could wear skimpy clothes and would *still* deserve the respect she gets wearing these.
@@aliciawooz8417 don't think you are capable of understanding the comment
@@stephenkennedy3145 lol I understood just fine
TWA is blessed with all the great content DPA provides. We are also blessed with Jesse helping to educate us on equipment.
Yesss it’s so exciting being a fan during their growth! Very grateful for the vehicles we have to enjoy it all today
Agree 💯 👍🏼
I think that Dany meant a bass pick and misspoke. Also I don't know if you remember, but in her previous equipment rundown, she mentioned that she was going to try the coated strings XS NICKEL STRINGS, but from this rundown, it looks like she did lot like them either.
it answered all my question for months now, the extra toggle switch of her guitars(PRS, Explorer and the Onyx) and even Ale's bass also has an extra toggle switch
I'm learning Spanish in bits and pieces since becoming a Warning fan thanks to their videos. Stuff like this is helping me learn more of the technical stuff in bits and pieces. Much appreciated!
One of The Warning Effects. 🤘🤘🤘
Love Dany and The Warning
Also am a huge fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan 😉
Love that Dany is such a guitar and gear nerd...........and that you are a little nerdier! We learn a lot from you. Thanks!!!
24 frets, 8 pickup combinations.
Glad that you saw this. I was just about to send you the link, as it's pretty clear from previous videos, that this is the type of info you enjoy and can appreciate more than the rest of us non gear junkies or non-musicians.
No surprise that you’re the first to react to this, Jesse. 😂
Who’d of thought 😂😂😂
🤘😎🤘funny story, if I remember right, Alé kept having to buy picks because Dany kept stealing them 😂
I bet 😂😂 for real though those are bass pics!
@@Beldvlmnt yes, yes they are 😂
Ale prefers finger style w/o pick. Dany prefers bass picks, lol 😊
Just saw the video, and just now I'm seeing you made a reaction to it. Nice !
Great timing!!
Yeah...I wish she had talked more about her settings, but these are super short and of course she has to show her guitars.
I suppose she probably has basically the same as before...with the delay thing (could be wider than 10 ms...maybe?) and all...but I'd like to know. The interesting new thing is that she's using Bendeth's amps profiled here, that's good to know.
I think that the amp on stage is an important thing to her sound but I'd like to know more, and the live feel for example controling the feedback must be different (even if she has feedback with her Kemper).
==> One more thing. As I understand, Dany still had to figure out all the effects and everything one more time back home to match the studio sounds. I think they used real individual pedals for the studio versions which she had to replicate to play live.
If I remember correctly, she said so in an interview maybe some 1.5 years ago... something like: "I was feeling like we're done, mission accomplished, and then I thought...now how am I going to make all those sounds to play live..." Something like that, I don't remember exactly.
So yeah, all the work profiling the amps on studio, but still a lot of work (and ear and geeking out) back home. At least that's what I understood.
Stay healthy, happy and doing awsome stuff!! 😀😀❤️🤟🤟🤟🏿🤟🏼🤟🤟🏾🤟🏻❤️❤️
I heard Ale say Danny steals her picks
Love her gear and her sound... I'm just waiting for the day Dany gets her hands on a hot rod custom Fender Stratocaster and rips a few blues riffs for us.
¿Dany tocando blues? ufff. Sería maravilloso.
Great Jesse - thanks for adding a bit of your knowledge to the mix.
DTB channel says there's rig tours coming up for Pau and Ale.
Its a no brainer why The Warning sounds so good. They know their instruments and equipment and how to use it. Dani who I think carries about 50% of the workload in the band where she plays, sings and creates the atmosphere for their audience as the lead person is a Super Star on stage, but is genuine and a darling off the stage, almost like 2 different people.
The three are on top of their game, never disappoint and only getting better.
Saw this just before you posted it and immediately thought of you. Enjoyed going through it again with you.
I've been waiting for your reaction to this. Excellent as usual!!
Dany y The Warning la mas grande esperanza del rock,TW, calidad certificada
When Alter Bridge toured through Maryland earlier this year they were gifted a custom PRS guitar on stage. It was at that moment I realized that the entire show I had been standing a couple feet away from Paul Reed Smith himself!
Oh shit! Myles is my FAVOURITE singer - and in the same room as Paul Reed Smith himself?! What I’d give to see through your brain right now
@@Beldvlmnt I have some footage on my channel, but someone else has a better recording of the encore, when he came on stage to play Rise Today with the band: ruclips.net/video/eyPHJdUaNQ8/видео.html
IDK if they still do, but Manson guitars used to have an optional plug in electronics module for effects. Maybe that is what you're thinking.
Youre right, Dany has no business making nasty tones and meltingg our faces off, Thats Ale's job. 🤘🤪🤘
I'm waiting for the Ale Gear Masters reaction now. I just wish in these gear tour/Rig Rundown they would ask about the stark the artist use. I just happened to know what Danni's strap was because of how it adjust and the logo.
...that's why Ale has been on record as sayn Dany steals her picks...
Hi. How's it going. Love her Smile. I knew about the yellow guitar since they opened for Muse in the UK. They talked about the guitar when Muse played in Mexico during the summer.
Awesome 😊
I love geeking out to tech stuff like this!
Dany's guitars sound incredible! She misspoke though, the Mustard Manson is an Oryx not Onyx. Thanks for all the info Jesse! 🎸🤘
During their recent show at Teatro Diana, Guadalajara there was a problem with the Matt Bellamy Manson guitar at the start of the 2nd song, Z. It's worth watching to see how that situation was handled.
Su técnico de guitarra ya estaba listo con la PRS antes de empezar "Z", incluso caminó hacia Dany para hacer el cambio pero ella por alguna razón empezó la canción con la Manson. Y cando empezó la canción, la guitarra falló.
That yellow manson is a straight up parker dragonfly copy…
I wonder why she doesn't use the Tremolo on her PRS guitars? They are a good system that stays in tune especially because of the locking tuners. They must not trust the tuning stability or she's not interested in tge technique but its just an additional sonic possibility that she can incorporate into her playing and compositional possibilities.
But then you have folks like SRV who used really heavy strings and picks… me too - haven’t tried to play anything like a 3mm pick. 🔥🤘#NumberlyGarfs
I seen this and immediately thought you need to see this, but I see you beat me to it.
SRV who you were thinking of?
I assume she was referring to the thickness of the pick, but who knows.
Gear master just released Ales episode of her gear run down.
🙋🔥🔥🔥⚡⚡⚡
9:46 Crazily enough, Dunlop does sell a Jazz pick called “Stubby Jazz” that is 3mm 🤯
Hilarious 😂😂
Hey Jesse, great reaction as always! I have a question. What is a humbucker? Don't know if I'm spelling it right or not.
Those are double coil pickups. You can see these are not only wider but double, like two separate stripes, and actually have two real wire coils under thr stripes. Sound different from the single coil pickups, the sound is actually like thicker while on single coils is thinner but like more pointy or something... different.
Dany's guitars have 2 double coils but some guitars have for example 2 single coils or 3 single coils (you can see these smaller or more narrow things on some guitars)... there's several possibilities and each sound different.
@monica said it better than I could haha i appreciate you!!
@@Beldvlmnt
I'm not sure about that, lol 😂
🤘🏽
Everyone thinks Malcolm Young played thin strings on a SG but in the studio he played almost all the studio stuff with 11 gauge on a Gretch guitar.
A buddy of mine that’s a session player here in Nashville knew him really good.
