In the original, a boy is used as the Rolling Girl’s inner conscience of sorts, a representation of her depression. Rolling Girl is considering suicide as an option, and, in the end, the final couple of lines allude to the representation of her depression stopping her breathing, meaning her succumbing to it and ultimately following through. The song can be seen as open ended, but most agree that the very end of the song means that the Rolling Girl has committed suicide in some way or another.

I still enjoy it and even prefer it to the original music video, and every time I watch I get bought back to a much happier time of my life. Me neither. Mostly, I applaud this person for all the effort she went to it. They took the effort to actually extract her voice, edit out the music, tweak them into samples of an ENTIRE OTHER LANGUAGE and remake an ENTIRE SONG USING IT. Now that I see they can do longer sounds, this person essentially just invented Pony vocaloids, and maybe opened a world of other sample-based vocaloids.
Borto I think the only thing I have against it is that putting this character in the song kind of ignores the original meaning of the song, which was a big part of the song, but all the work put in it is great!

For the original version of Rolling Girl (spelt "Rollin'Girl"), it's about how young Miku is bullied and possibly abused and eventually her depression gets the better of her and she commits suicide.
