Gryphi, please. PLEASE please please update some of the manors around the Goth house. Also the Goth house. Also the Spencer-Kim-Lewis house. Everyone tries but it is such a fail every time, and it's such a hideous house.
Yes! All of these. I know it's not base game but Deligracy turned the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household into a bunch of apartments, and I think that works great for it, but anything with that house is a fun challenge to watch. I'd also enjoy seeing the Umbrage renovated with all or limited packs for sure. It's big, and it deserves better, but if it's only a base game build, that's fine. It could also be a cool Museum and then renovate the OG Willow Creek Museum into a different community lot, like a Pool or something.

i know you said base game only, but my first thought immediately was that the goth house could really benefit from the variety and quality of furniture we have from newer packs

I always use Crick Cabana whenever I feel like moving a family from create-a-sim/my gallery or building a family beginning with two sims in Willow Creek. This is a fantastic renovation. Nice job, as always.

Either way, I've never seen someone make this house smaller and actually make it work so well! It turned out so nice 😍.
I like this. It’s very much a ‘shotgun’ style, with the added bathroom. It fits very well.
Wish I'd seen this before trying again with the Grim rewards thing going on. My Sim is currently in this house and I made changes so they could have skill building items, but it was a quick thing. Not nicely styled like this. I'd love to see you do more of Willow Creek in styles that fit the area better. I'd love to be able to use your builds to make a better save file.

I would love to see the big green house next door to the Goth’s! It seems like it could be such a cool house, but it has issues.
I’d love to see a renovation of this but still a starter home. Everytime I start a new save, I always move into this house lol
You could try renovating Streamlet Single, the lot right next door.
I think doing a starter and non starter version of the same house would be a cool idea

@@Gryphi I bought that pack thinking I loved those counters. I don't hate them! but I used them exactly two times. one of the only things I use consistently is the cutting boards, couldn't tell you why, dunno where I got that completely random choice of items, so specific
