    Holy shit. That's a problem. Something WILL break.
    Motor mounts installed OK? you need equal weight on the front both sides and rear both sides. Here's how to check it; with the shaft coupling not mounted to the engine, loosen the top nuts of the mounts. then lift up the front of the engine in the middle. the bottom nuts should touch at the same time. If not, adjust until they do. Do the same for the rears. then align the engine to the shaft turning the nuts the same amount .
    If thats OK I suggest a shaft bearing in the middle of the shaft, it's very long and unsupported.

    Hi! I have a Nor'sea too. Just wondering if this is the factory installation or after a re-power? I'm replacing the second engine in mine, a Yanmar 2qm15 with a Beta 25. Thinking about an additional hanger bearing to try to take the whip out. Mine's currently about the same as pictured. Thanks!
