How on earth is this sustainable?
He most likely used a freezer to make those icecubes which consumes a lot of electricity. And if he's not using a non CFC freezer, there's an added damage to the ozone layer.
After that, he grills it on coal which will produce carbon, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (the former two due to incomplete combustion).
Is this what you call sustainable?

If it's cold enough and you fry it quick enough, it won't melt as quick but it will melt.
