4.5 pounds Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Salt
Pepper to taste
2 medium yellow Onions, chopped
2 tablespoons minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
4 Bay Leaves
2 teaspoons crushed Basil leaves
(2) 14.5-ounce cans Diced Tomatoes with the juice
(2) 14.5-ounce cans Tomato Sauce
28-ounce Can Crushed Tomatoes
32-ounce box of Beef Broth
16-ounce box Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
16-ounces shredded Mozzarella
12 slices of Provolone
Fresh grated Parmesan
In a very large pot brown ground beef with the onions and garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the garlic powder, parsley, oregano, bay leaves and basil. Stir together well and add the canned diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
Then break the lasagna noodles into the pot. Make sure to stir them in and cover and let cook until they are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Pour all into a lasagna pan or a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cover with the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese slices and grate parmesan on top. Broil in the oven until golden and bubbly. Let rest about 15 minutes while toasting some Garlic bread. Cut with a spatula like regular lasagna and enjoy with your family. ✝️Be sure to say the blessing!

Yes,, we eat lean meat and it is so high. Amy, it's like no one cares if we are trying to eat healthier. At least the retailers. Why should anything be so high??? I do worry about how people are making it, especially seniors and single households. We all need to remember them in our prayers and help out anyway we can. God bless you, Amy , and your family.

I’m making this today! We’ve had a death in the family so we need some comfort food and I’m gonna take this to them. I’m from Shreveport and I just love watching you! I’m also gonna make your carrot poke cake. We do like all of us do and no matter if we’re mourning, sick or celebrating-us southern church folk believe in feeding people. I had a great day with my parents yesterday. Mama went to dentist and of course im the driver, and then she wanted to go shop! I was so happy ive been praying God gets her to feeling better and wanting to get out of the house. Well he blessed her alright. We went to dentist, walmart, perkos for dinner, the dollar store and then to cost less grocery store! Girl I was ready to drop with this 85 year old mama! Hahaha! My daddy was in the car waiting hes 86. But he loved his dinner and ice cream. Well I got them home and in their 5th wheel, then I unloaded all the food and put it away. Then went to my house and got my two baby pups out of their houses and fed them. Then I fell into bed! I love my mama and step dad they mean the world to me and I am so happy the lord gave them a burst of energy to enjoy the day. They are resting up now! Hahaha! Me too! . Of course I am still canning g and freezing the rest of my garden and now putting my garlic and winter veggies in.
Well just giving you a update. Love you Amy and your sweet family. And I mean that I love you and John in the lord. We are brothers and sister of Christ, so we are to love eachother and lift eachother up.

Looks amazing. I have that exact lasagna pan, but mine sure don’t look sparkly like yours. I bought mine almost exactly 30 years ago before moving south. Love seeing your family dinners.
Mine isn't sparkly either. Must just be in the camera 😄 I bought mine probably 20 years ago for like less than $10. But if it works why replace it right? Thank you for your sweet comment 😊💜

Hi Amy, Great minds think alike! I came home after work with no plan for dinner. Then I remembered I had browned ground beef in the freezer. Since I was half way there I decided to make your lasagna soup bake. I did use my instant pot to speed things along. It is delicious! And my husband loved it (I refer to him as a "selective eater") Anyway, I'm a South Louisiana girl and I love your channel. I always feel like I could pull up a chair and have a cup of coffee with you 😊

☀️Hello Sunshine☀️ Girl, you are starving me to death! 😂 Your Lasagna Soup Bake looks so very good. Reminds me, in a way, of the Ravioli/Lasagna Bake you make. Yum! I’m a carb addict so I love the noodles best. I’m sure your sweet family will enjoy this great supper. I got so hungry today I thought I was going to be having a diabetic attack. I’ve been sick for about 3 days with a very painful kidney infection (2nd time in less than 3 months). Dr called in antibiotics but I was not able to drive to the pharmacy. My sister was going to pick up her car at the mechanics then get me something to eat but her car wasn’t ready. I remembered a great couple of friends go to church near my house so I called and they so graciously picked up my medicine and something to eat. In two days I had only had some unsalted crackers. Yesterday I had no appetite but this afternoon I was really needing to eat but couldn’t stand long enough to walk to the kitchen and pop something in the microwave. Thank the Lord for godly friends who for some reason love me. I don’t guess you needed to hear me whine, did you? 😊 I’m hoping I feel a bit more like Living tomorrow. I’ve never had an infection like this before and it was terrible. Two rounds of different antibiotics and it lasted a month. When the pain returned I knew exactly what it was. I just wanted to cry. Tears never got me anywhere so as my sister says, ‘Suck it up Buttercup”. My sister finally subbed you. She told me she had well over a year ago. Then she was down here not so very long ago and I was talking about your calf being born. It was then I found out she had subbed the wrong Amy! 😂 Now she is really subbed to you. She watches more tv. I only watch a handful of shows like Big Brother, Amazing Race, and Survivor. I also get in the mood for a movie once in awhile. I like to watch art classes on YT. I will hush for now. I have a feeling you had worn yourself to a frazzle before you came home and cooked. I know you love doing for your family but please take care of you. As Dr. Phil says, “ The best thing you can do for your children is to take care of their mother.” This includes grandmothers. I think of you and talk to the Lord about you everyday. I will make it again. Yes. It is a apple cider vinegar with lots of things added. So good for us. Called boosted apple cider vinegar I believe.

love lasagna soup!!! but i def break my noodles up smaller , as urs look like it would be hard to eat ... but ive always made the cheese sauce and put it on the top n bake it and its always good that way ...so ty for sharing your recipe with us all !!
