I did this work out (kinda) after the first round my legs were legitimately jello!! Ahh!! You are so fit it’s inspiring! I did one and one half of each of the circuits and I’m just getting started! So excited to be able to do three!
If you forget the re usable bags you should just have the vegetables loose! I always forget mine and don’t use plastic, just put the veggies in containers when I get home! Just a thought :) xx you can always put beans, Brussel sprouts (the little veggies) in mushroom bags too!
Little food tip when combining sauces to pasta, reserve some of the salted water and it will help incorporate the sauce with the pasta. Add a little at a time. ALSO salt the water generously before adding the pasta and don’t run water over the cooked pasta. Just some tips my Italian grandfather taught me
A nice idea for your “dinner party” obsession! You could host “pop up” dinner parties every month or so with a particular theme and serve delicious and healthy food! You could have a whole course thing going on with healthy dessert and all and fun and creative platters! Sezzy! I wanna see you host these! Using cannellini beans instead of oil does wonders for the pesto! It makes it very creamy, lower in fat and higher in protein! Also pine nuts are great

Sarah you are a huge inspiration to me and to many many other girls and women out there. I started working out because of you and no doubt I felt amazing i started eating healthy and even started developing abs lol which was such such an achievement for me but my "body" I would say went in a complete shock because after following yours( and some other) workout videos for straight two months my periods stopped. And it's been 3 months now since I haven't had my periods and im depressed now . Plis address this issue if you ever had such problem or if you have knowledge about this bcs many girls out there are influenced by some model or whatever. We Starve and work out only to look like "someone else" Let girls know the side effects of not eating enough and going all crazy on work out routine. Love you so much!!!!!!!

My butt and legs are my problem areas for cellulite as well...I was wondering, though, if you could do a workout for losing fat around the "love-handle" area, as that is my other problem area that I've been having difficulty getting rid of...I just have an inch or two that I'd like to shave off before my wedding in May! 😁

Sezzy you look so cute in these shorts!! In Italy we make #pesto in a different way... we use basil, olive oil, garlic (and you're doing good so far) but we use pine nuts instead of cashews! If you like them they make the pesto sooo yummy! Love ya ❤❤❤

Hi Sarah! I would love to see your perspective on a "how to use the gym 101" video. I'm trying to be more comfortable and confident in a gym environment. I tend to just use the machine bikes and don't feel confident enough to use the weights (because I don't know how to lol). Maybe a partner workout would be helpful (I'm used to working out in a team environment and now I'm trying to figure it out individually/sometimes with a workout buddy). Also maybe some pointers on how to use the weighted gym equipment. You always have the best advice! Much love!
