We love our Silvia classic, but the dual boiler in Pro X will definitely be a lot more handy in terms of temperature control as well as pulling a shot and steaming milk at the same time! Definitely considering upgrading to the Pro X for our channel in the future🤩

I love that the classic is smaller and I don’t do much milk drinks. However, the lack of PID and pressure gauge is a bit downsides for me
