They also change their hair color like every other day, so don't try to pick them out by their hair. For example, in the three music videos you watched the ones with blue hair were three different members (Boy With Luv was V, Dynamite was RM, and DNA was Suga). Yup, it's seven members. They do toss in some English words or phrases, but for the most part they sing in Korean. However, Dynamite was completely in English and was their first every full English song! One thing that people like about BTS is the messages in their lyrics. Songs like Love Myself: Answer, Black Swan, and Fake Love talk about some pretty deep things. It's hard to make recommendations considering BTS has something like 300 songs.

you picked out the poppiest songs of them lmao I would recommend Fake Love, Blood Sweat & Tears, ON (there are 2 versions but I personally prefer the MV one) and Black Swan if you wanna see some of their "dark" songs. BTS tend to switch between light and dark concepts so we never really know what kind of music they're releasing next.

If you really want to see their other BEAUTIFUL title tracks that are not mainstream POP but has an amazing meaning behind them, listen to RUN, I NEED U, BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS, etc. These songs are absolutely amazing. the WINGS album is probably the most iconic album they ever had with their solos.
Boy in luv MV it’s kind of outdated nowadays, that part of Jin with that girl in the locker it’s kind of uncomfortable to watch and can make reactors have a bad impression of them, I don’t really recommend this one for new reactors, it’s best to watch boy in luv and war of hormone when you already know the boys and their history as a group.

BTS don't want their music to be labeled "kpop music", they made that very clear on several occasions. It's a label used to other them and separate them from other world stars. Dynamite especially is also a very bad example of what bts usually does, the song is completely written and composed by American songwriters. BTS usually writes and produces most of their own music, the best representation of bts would be songs like "spring day", "silver spoon", "ddaeng" 🤔 I recommend you watch the introduction "who is bts" :)

If you really want to see their other BEAUTIFUL title tracks that are not mainstream POP but has an amazing meaning behind them, listen to RUN, I NEED U, BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS, etc. These songs are absolutely amazing. the WINGS album is probably the most iconic album they ever had with their solos.

Boy in luv MV it’s kind of outdated nowadays, that part of Jin with that girl in the locker it’s kind of uncomfortable to watch and can make reactors have a bad impression of them, I don’t really recommend this one for new reactors, it’s best to watch boy in luv and war of hormone when you already know the boys and their history as a group.

Most of k-pop groups dance and sing at the same time. Even BTS also does the same but the difference is that every group's concept is different and as for BTS it's very unique because of the meaning of their lyrics mainly focuses on removing stereotypes and focusing many good values.

Bts is more then just a kpop group , more then just a boyband who caters to just teenage girls ( FYI their fanbase is diverse of all ages and race ) their a movement! BTS is huge is because they separate themselves from other kpop groups . They want their music to inspire change , motivate people and spread positivity. And challenge societal norms / stereotypes. The English translation of their korean name is “Bullet proof boy scouts “
BTS isn’t just currently the biggest kpop group right now , their the biggest GROUP AND BOYBAND in the world right now out beating current mainstream American artists and groups . Ironically some bts fan don’t like them being labeled as a “boyband” because usually comes with negative comments and people thinking they don’t write their own music but the reality is BTS actually write their own music and produce. They have had members who produce music for other artists in Korea as well. Also what’s funny some fans don’t like to box bts as “kpop group “ because of how much accomplishments and impact they made not just for themselves but for kpop community , American music industry and Asian Artists in general .
Their name connects to their music. Bts is respected because they tackle a lot of issues and societal problems that occur within Korea that also RELATES to anyone in the world. Korea is known for mental health and suicide issues. It’s considered to be TABOO to bring up sensitive topics like this. You have to understand the country is very strict and conservative. BTS music tackles topics such as mental health, suicide, depression, addiction, parent abuse , anxiety, generation gap and differences between the old generation and new young generation, corrupt , academic system And teaching people about self love and self respect , self care . Their music connects to all ages/ gender : men , women , boy, girls . Which is why their fanbase is huge and VERY DIVERSE. So please don’t think their fanbase is just teenage girls .
Overall , BTS is popular and highly respected because they work hard to become more then just a pop group , but a positive inspiration . They show music has the power to transcend and translate messages regardless of AGE, gender, race or religion .

BTS don't want their music to be labeled "kpop music", they made that very clear on several occasions. It's a label used to other them and separate them from other world stars.
Dynamite especially is also a very bad example of what bts usually does, the song is completely written and composed by American songwriters. BTS usually writes and produces most of their own music, the best representation of bts would be songs like "spring day", "silver spoon", "ddaeng" 🤔
