Dying on your feet is the most badass way to go in fiction, especially in Japanese fiction as there it is almost always a reference to the legendary Samurai Saito no Musashibo Benkei who is supposed to have died standing after holding a bridge against 300 enemy soldiers and getting filled with arrows. As he just stood there with so many arrows sticking out of him the enemy soldiers refused to approach for hours thinking that he had to be a demon buying even more time for his lord after his death. Almost certainly just a legend but a badass one for sure.
Cu Chulainn tried to emulate something similar in Irish mythology. When he knew he was going to die he tied himself to a massive stone boulder so that he'd stay standing. The last blow he dealt was when he was already dead and his enemy came up to him only for Cu Chulainns sword to come down and chop the dudes hands off.
Damn Glad it wasn't Piccolo because i dont think There's gonna be any dragon ball characters in this season Considering we had 4 dbz characters last season so that's a w for me because Piccolo nor vision would not be any interesting match ups for Manhunter so I'm glad
