I’m doing intermittent fasting from last 5years and what I learned is ……Jab Ap sham ko dinner krte h tab proper dinner kre….kch bhi thoda sa kha lia bas ho gya Aesa na kre……eat properly dal rice sbji roti salad and later if you are hungry eat any fruit or Makhana ya peanuts salad for few days annd eat just little amount. When you feel hungry, don’t make this routine and reduce it by drinking water green tea or chamomile tea it will help you relax.
Jab aap apni overall diet mei good amount of protein rakhte ho, to aapko sustained energy mili rehti hai, that means Protein promotes Satiety --it makes you feel full for longer periods of time, so try to include protein rich food in your diet, I'll make a video on protein too.
