Undead Male is the *only* playable option in Classic WoW. Superior animations, superior racials. Even Alliance are running around BGs with the Noggenfogger skeleton costume, because they are full of regret.
Love it. Of course, I love gnomes, my main is a gnome mage named Rubyrose and I have an alt dead knight named Tinkerkins (male). And what's wrong with a human male paladin? I have one named Nordall who is a paladin and kicks ass all the time. Long white hair, white beard, it's fun. Lord MooMoo? Okay, at least I'm not weird when I named a tauren Bovina. And what's wrong with Draenei? I love my Draenei characters. All the Tauren males chase after the Draenei girls because they have dainty hooves and cute tails. Don't talk to me about inter-species stuff, if you don't mind, it doesn't matter. :)
Look Humans have some of the best racial traits and stormwind is dope. I don't like it either, but wow actually gives you pretty good reasons to pick human.

It's AI. For the others, they are using the narrator for the original Vanilla intros (he also voiced Magtheridon in TBC), but he passed away.

Blizzard introduced Blood Elves because Horde had around 80% winrate in Vanilla. In TBC, that fell to 40%, thanks to Blood Elves.
