AGGRESSIVE HOCKEY IS BACK IN TOWN!
Experience hockey the way it was meant to be played in this old school arcade style hockey game where blood on the ice is just another day at the rink. 70s afros, big moustaches, no helmets, dirty hits, bench-clearing brawls, goalie fights, stick fights, ref abuse and locker room language - that's Old Time Hockey. Players in this league live by one simple rule - Never look at the puck, just take the body. Timely hits are crucial in this dangerous sport where getting on fire is the difference between winning and losing.
The vertical game play and star highlight remind me of the 2 player upright arcade game we use to play in like 1986-1988....was this gameplay a recreation of that upright game? I'm desperate to find the original name.
There was an arcade game called, "Hat Trick" in 1986.
@@stburr91 that might be it...off to search for an example on google. I'm about to track down the owner of the biz from 86' and see if he has a game list. We played it for hours on just a couple quarters.
@@stburr91 just found Hat Trick...not it sadly. This was a full team game, 2 players side by side, vertical game play, with the ability to switch between all 5 players on your team. It was super realistic for it's day.
Graphics are actually better than old school hockey. At least you can clearly see the lines around the characters.
The fighting looks pretty bad but im excited for this.
