In this video I share with you two football/soccer juggling techniques. One juggling technique is completely wrong. I used to juggle the with this wrong technique and it costed a dismissing from the football club. So, I want to teach you a right way of juggling the football/ soccer ball

i want to learn how to juggle, but at the same time it is so frustrating when i cant even get a single juggle in because i have to do so much stuff at the same time and also train my weak foot and get muscle memory of doing everything at the same time
These are certified REALLY good juggling tutorials for beginners. I probably devote 3 to 4 hours a week juggling different ways and different size balls.👍

@@jomixyt1790 Juggling with the toes it is more for football freestyle. But juggling with the laces is more for football. Because in football you do very often the receiving of the ball with your laces, you shoot with your laces,.. .

I always got frustrated while juggling cause i couldn't do it not even 4.I gave up on juggling and started to learn other skills but when i saw people juggling the ball I wanted to try.I watched this vedio to get help and I don't know why but your words motivate me alot I am a real beginner and so i will share my daily juggling record to you.Hope I improve.Hope everyone improves

I used to do some calisthenics.
What really helped me to become bigger is this workout:
1. Dips (18 reps)
then immediately pull ups (9 reps)
then I set a timer for 1 min. 30 sec
and I did 5 sets of this workout. (no rest between dips and pull ups)

Thanks for clearing my confusion. I always had confusion should I juggle the football with toe part or shoe laces part. But as I started to juggle with my shoe laces part, my ball control drastically improved a lot, still I can't juggle more than 10.

I have started and my record currently is 4 but the were very uncontrolled so I'm just doing the first step where I drop the ball to my foot and put it back up but since I have a short temper this can be very frustrating, I will keep going for 30 mins everyday because I really don't mind being mad for 30 mins in a day.
Yes, brother, you can use it as a journal.
For many people it is very frustrating at the beginning (for me it was too, as you have heard in my video.).
So just keep working.
After 30 days you will get big or small but progress. 💪💪

I did it but I never used it as a journal as of right now I can do around 50 on average but my best is over a hundred thing is I haven’t really done anything after those 30 days so I might be worse also as an update in the end I was doing much more than 30 mins a day as when I got better I started to have fun doing it

I have another query : when i am juggling the ball with laces sometimes my foot automatically hits the ball with my toes how can i prevent it ?!?!
if it is only one or two times (to not let the ball touch the ground) it is not a problem bro. It will go away
Guys bend a bit each hit to do more and I prefer to hit the ball at the end

I have problems maintaining the ball like when I try to juggle it hits my chest or go to another direction becuase of rotation that is my biggest mistake but i dont know how to fix it

So far my record is 11, I've had this record for 2 weeks now and still can't beat it, I'm so frustrated at myself, I know I shouldn't be but I'm just so annoyed I can't get more, any tips on how to juggle the ball without spin or with just a little bit of backspin?
When I started to learn to juggle my goal was to learn to juggle with a less backspin as possible.
But if it helps you, you can try to do it with backspin.
I had very similar frustration as you do. I couldn't beat my 26 juggles. But than I just decided one day instead of 30 minutes juggling training to do 1 hour juggling training to break this plateau. And it worked.

Usually I don't juggle for record. I do about 200 juggles with both feet and then I do more advanced juggles like juggling on one foot ... But I probably need to juggle once for a record

I’ve watched the video and found a really important issue - The ball seems to be having ALOT of backspin (perhaps from using the toe?) is this normal?
When you juggle with your laces, you can get a backspin more often but with practice you will be able to reduce the backspin

If you want to practice bare foot, you can do it. But it is better to begin with juggling in your boots. (If I started juggling from level 0 , I would start with juggling in the boots)

@@naheedimam3724 We spend most of the time playing football in boots, so if you can juggle bare foot but can't juggle in your boots it can be a problem.
But if you see that if you juggle bare foot and then you can do the same amount of juggles in your boots, then the answer is: YEs. You can continue juggling bare foot.
But if you see that you can juggle only bare foot but not in your boots, in this case it is better to start juggling in your boots.
also, you say you practiced for 35 days straight excluding sundays, but how long did you practice per day?
As I said in my video, I practiced until I beat my previous record... But at least 20 minutes everyday 👍

When i juggle the ball it sometimes comes back very close to me and then I lose control, how do I prevent that?
at the beginning, I had the same problem. It just went away with a lot of practice. With practice your feet accustom to use the proper area of your feet and this problem goes away

if im starting from level 0 and want to do barefoot juggling soon, how many juggles do you think i should be able to regularly get before i move on to barefoot?
Bro in this situation it works differently with everyone. I remember that I was able to do 100 juggles with my laces (in my boots) but when I needed to do barefoot juggles with laces, I could do only 20.
So, if your goal is to learn to juggle barefoot then spend more time training your juggling barefoot, but you need to remember that in football we play all the time in our boots.
So, it depends on your priorities.

I had this problem from time to time, too. But with a lot of practice your feet accustom to use proper areas of your feet and you will forget forever about this problem.
So just practice a lot and try to juggle the ball with your laces 👍👍💪💪
