Always as issues with juggling until I started to go out to a nearby park and developed a 1 on 1 relationship with the ball….alone time with the ball helps you connect with the ball and it’s many different trajectories…also give yourself time don’t rush the process and have fun with it…you’ll know when you’ve got it when it becomes easier and you’re less anxious…it will come quicker than you think just be consistent and also have fun with the learning process that also helps a lot 👌🏾….knew o was good at it after I did 120 juggles non stop it’s amazing feeling especially if you didn’t know how to juggle at all before
I was at the exact same place as you i was hardly getting 5 or 4 but what improved my juggling to 17 or more is watching juggling technique videos and practicing so much. Try to do 10 minute juggling and try to reach your highest possible and you will improve for sure.
The breakdown for why juggling is important makes a lot of sense! Nobody has explained it to me like this before but now I know why I need to master this skill !! THANKS COACH
Thanks for the tips! Total beginner here, who tried juggling the first time a few days ago. Excited to go back to the field soon to fail at it a bunch again, having a great time all the while and improving with practice. These exercises seem like a great method to gradually get a hang of it.
Hey mate, these days I’m practicing juggle with this video. If you don’t mind I want to have a question. When you are doing juggle, Do you do it with your body relaxed? Because in order to hit the top of my foot correctly, I have to lift my foot instead of lifting my entire leg, which puts some strain on your shins and hamstrings. Is this a common symptom in your training?
Hi! so yes my body is generally relaxed. I am a little confused by your question but generally you should be moving your entire leg as you are juggling not just your foot. Maybe that will decrease the strain you are feeling. Let me know if that change helps!
@@FootyMadeEasy yes man I did I noticed that I keep on reacting before the ball reaches my feet I’m having a hard time but I really appreciate your tips you earned a new sub love you bro

everytime i try to juggle the ball goes too high or too low and it goes in the wrong place, and i cant do it with my left foot
Hmm did you try the drills I provided at the end of the video?
I somehow have a very good touch and sense of balance even tho I can’t juggle
Pretty much same here
That’s great! Learning to juggle may still help but that’s great your touch and balance are already good without it
My highest is 77
That’s awesome! Let me know when you hit 100!
My ball keep flying other way.
I'm 11 years
My height is 140 cm
What can I do?
What is happening exactly to make the ball fly away? Is it when you start trying to juggle or after a couple of juggles?
You didn't do the video that I told you.
I have a bunch of videos i’m working on right now but I will be doing a video on 1v1s too!
