I like this because of Ireland ... but it would be boring because of the gap between cyprus and Israel...
It would be a very boring voting! I prefer the new one actually
The winner was clear very early, but it was exciting to see the unstopable race for top 10! So narrow results! France, Sweden, Ireland and suddenly with few good votes Moldova is in, the next vote even Denmark got top 9! And Austria constantly trying to catch up with Germany but falling just a bit short!

I'm from israel, the new voting system was nerve wrecking and when we won everyone exploded from the reaction so i prefer the new voting system much more.
I'm from Israel and we had a great song but Cyprus song and performance was better and if not we then they deserved the 1 place

Much better, Sweden and Italy lower, C.Republic one higher, Germany top 3, France top 10... All I dislike, is Albania, Lithuania and Denmark being lower and the cancer from Norway being above Albania and Lithuania

Yes, I agree with you. Lithuania was my winner and the "Cancer" 😁😁 from Norway wasn't even a qualify for me (even in 2009, Yohanna should have won) and the craziest thing is that Lithuania came in juries 11th and it televoting 10th, HOW TF SHE CAME 14TH OVERALL???
Edit: Now I understand why Lithuania came 14th after seeing by how many countries it has been voted!!! And with the old voting system It wouldn't have been QUALIFIED either!! THANK GOD NEW VOTING SYSTEM
Hi Tommy, just like last year it has become a beautiful video again, my compliments. But just like last year, there are unfortunately also a few mistakes crept into.
For example, according to this system, the 5 points from Portugal go to France and not to Sweden, this makes the difference between places 9 and 10
furthermore you have changed places a few times:
in Austria the 2 and 3 to Sweden and the Netherlands.
In Azerbaijan the 1 and 2 to Albania and Hungary
in Czech Republic the 6 and 7 to Estonia and Austria
also in Czechia 1 and 2 to Hungary and Sweden
in Denmark 7 and 8 to Australia and Sweden
and in Israel 3, 4 and 5 to Finland, UK and Denmark.
Furthermore, there is discussion about the points of San Marino, since San Marino does not have its own televoting, but an average of a number of other countries. in the old System San Marino would have 100% professional jury
To correct all this, you would get this:

OMG this system is so much better! All my favorites - Germany, Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Portugal and Finland - would have been better! Plus Sweden lower (not about my personal taste but with 21 points from the public it doesn't deserve the 7th place)! Why did they have to change it? :((
Because ultimately, the old voting system was boring and was exciting only if it was a close race. It was also mathematically inferior to today's voting. With a jury and a public voting, it makes sense to have the votes be split apart otherwise you end up with somewhat inaccurate results or even a different winner entirely because combining two votes into one with an average can create very wonky results.
France would have won 2021 and Australia would have won 2016, but with all the points being counted, the rightful winner was crowned (at least according to the voters). Also super low ranked songs (as in near the bottom of the top 10) had a very low chance to get points at all because they had much worse averages.
Believe me: I was all for returning to the old system when they announced this one. I was very anti-new voting system. However, after a few years of trial, I can safely say this one is a lot better. It's not like it changes a whole lot except for maybe a few placements (or a few extreme changes like Poland 2016). With all the points being added much more properly, the placings are far more accurate and everyone is getting the points they should be. Eurovision 2015 demonstrated perfectly why we needed a change. Take a look at how few points were given to 3/4 of the songs at the Grand Final. More than half barely scrapped by. The tenth place song got 53 points.
Germany got 29 points collectively from both the public and jury, and Austria got 40 points from just the jury; however, their averages were so low that they didn't get a point while countries like the UK who would have finished last in 2015 but thanks to the old system and the UK averages being just high enough managed to get some table scraps and saved themselves the embarrassment of a second zero points (if only they knew).
Think of it this way: the system of today is pretty much the exact same system as it was before, but now both a country's jury and public have their top 10s counted instead of being averaged together and kicking off other points. And the voting is much more exciting now! Sorry to go on this rant, but I thought I should explain my position as a former hater of the new system.

I love these videos. I so prefer this old system than the actual one. Even if the voting is now more exciting in some way, the old system was more fair.

Mustafa Kurnaz 2013-2015 is better I think, because 2009-2012 is so close of actual system.
Neither Portugal (in RL), nor the United Kingdom (in your post) deserved to be last. I prefer this post, where Spain is in the bottom.
The only fact I liked here is Czechs in top 5 and Sweden with Austria lower ranked. Bulgaria is even more underrated this way. I send 3 or 4 sms for Bulgaria and 0 televoting points from Ukraine ?? That’s sad 😔

I hate how in the middle of the voting Sweden was 16th but then it leaped back to 9th place, either way these results are much better (mainly because Spain is last, and they reflect the televote a little bit more accurately).

Yes, I think, the old system was definitely more fair. And more reflective of quality, Portugal didn't deserve to become last and the Spanish song really sucked, they even put it in the infamous number 2 spot, yet it still didn't finish last.
