Just an update from me in case others find it helpful - I was able to make 9 oz (1.125 cups) of jam from 2.25 cups of frozen organic blueberries (340g), 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice from a fresh lemon, 1/4 cup of date paste, 1/2 tsp of cardamom for some extra flavor. I threw all that in an instant pot and used the saute setting for 10 minutes. It tasted amazing! I'd recommend giving this recipe a shot
