In such cases, is it possible to select embryo with AA gene during preimplantation in IVF/ICSI? (If we have 2/3 blastocysts of grade A) Can we do genetic test of the embryo to know whether the embryo is sickle cell free or not? Q.2- How PGT-M test can help?
