you should totally bring this series back it’s super cool and helps people with different and more subtle issues see how their problems could be addressed
One of the main things I'm trying to fix is opening up my hips. My mobility is pretty good, I just have a habit of closing myself off with my front leg which leads to rotation problems. Is there a cue you would recommend? Or maybe a drill. I'm just trying to open up my toe, but I'm not sure thats a good solution.
The only thing I don't get is that you compare the third pitcher to Nolan Ryan, and say that Ryan doesn't collapse his back knee... but it looks like he does. Nolan Ryan's knee looks like it drops quite a bit...
Curious if the height these guys say is with or without shoes. Just for perspective and analysis. Let’s say I say I’m 6ft 175 but I’m really 5/9.5 without my cleats on would that change your perspective with analysis? Obviously the weight would right? Not asking for myself I’m asking for my son so when he sends in info to colleges or does showcases. Awesome analysis. He throws a lot like the third kid. Sidearm. His back foot comes off high as well. You commented on segmentation being a potential issue. Any videos on that?
I don’t believe for 1 second that he’s touching 84 from the mound😂. No hate but if he’s touching 84 with those mechanics he would be touching 105 if those mechanics were fixed

This is such a great and insightful series so far, I hope it becomes a regular thing

What typically causes that lower elbow you saw in Noah? And how do you fix that? Is it just purely "get your arm up", or is there another issue?
Following.

of course without shoes, but wingspan matters more than height

Well from the source I'll tell you it's true 😂
A push is not where you release the ball it’s how! Give me a break about where layback is? If you’re still drawing a circle it’s not a push!
wtf are you talking about
