I can't count the number of times I've read "Selected boot device failed." This was the only method that wanted to work. Keeping this video (and my spare USB drive) ready to redo this if I ever need to again. Thank you!

Omg thank you! It worked! Except when boot into ventor I can install only as winboot and not normal boot. I think normal boot means straight to had and not usb?
Keep note that the commands are case sensitive, meaning there are typos in the listed commands. V in Ventoy is always capitalized. Also, if you can't find the /dev to your USB device you wanna install Ventoy to, plug in the drive and command line "df -Th | grep media" and itll show you. If there's a number behind the device name, it's a pertition. Just get rid of the number and you're set.
if this message appear when you make a copie for iso file redownlaod the Iso file, or if it's appear when you install ventoy, redownload the ventoy install
@@TechINtn it does it when I boot up with the drive, I got into ventoy and then on the windows boot up screen, but when I click install, it says I’m missing one of the drivers.
Done. - Download Ventoy from the website : www.ventoy.net/en/download.html - Extract the file downloaded. - Navigate in the Ventoy directory with : cd ventoy_directory - Run : sudo ./Ventoy2Disk.sh -i /dev/sdc (for this example my USB disk is /dev/sdc. change sdc with your USB device) - Copy iso files to this partition.

Can i just copy the windows iso file and boot it with that, and if i do will i then have windows forever and will ubuntu be erased?

you must use ./ventoy2Disk.sh
