Virginia Research Lodge No. 1777 is pleased to welcome Wor. Christopher S. Tripp, who will speak on "Modern Physics and Ancient Philosophy: Freemasonry’s Worldview from a Modern Scientific Perspective"
Freemasonry, with its ancient philosophical roots in traditions such as Kabbalah and Hermeticism, is an Enlightenment-era philosophy contrasted with the current dominant trend of scientific materialism. We will show how the apparent conflict resulted from the old Newtonian worldview and how our teachings align with modern cosmology and quantum physics.
