definitely agree with TTB and bad apple. the covers are by no means bad (imo), they're just worse in the sense that the original is better, if that makes sense (or maybe it sounds better if i say "they can't outdo the original")

Yobanashi Deceive is one of my favourite covers, I never knew there were people who disliked it (the Akito cover is one of my favourite alts as well) 😭😭

aaaaa I love WxS At the God’s Mercy cover but I guess I have overplayed it, so I see your point. I agree on the Roki, though. Maybe it’s because I grew up w the MafuMafu and Soaru version, but I wish Sekai Roki got Ichika a better duo

People forget a cover IS NOT supposed to replace the original, a cover isn't meant to out-do the original, it's meant to co-exist along side it

1 Yobanshi cuz bro it’s like even tho they don’t give other characters other then Akito a chance to shine, it all makes sense bc toya and Len are the harmonies and akito is the melody so it’s like supporting him and from a purely song standpoint non character standpoint it’s amazing to me I think I love it more then the OG
2 Brian revolutionary girl is good in both versions imo I like the OG bc MARETU STAN FOR LIFE but I like the high pitch mixed with lower voices and
3 Romeo Cinderella for purely biased reasons because I love Airi and I love her cover ❤❤❤

It's not really a good video idea to rank what is considered the worst in an idol game like this, it's okay to rank what is "best" to you because even there isn't many, there will be people who agrees, while the people who doesn't, not saying anything. But if you're making a ranking about what's "worst" in your opinion it's such a bad idea because even if there's people who agree they would likely won't say anything while you're adding more fuel to the fire , it's all a bias, this game is good they're covers are good. This game have big community i suggest refrain on making what you consider as "worst"

Of the few videos I’ve seen talking about the covers in pjsk this might be the most respectful one, I was shocked when at god’s mercy showed up but that’s besides the point-
I agree with a few of them, my biggest problem is still WxS, I love their discography but why do they have to make the instrumentals so dull??? Like come on At God‘s Mercy and Goodbye Declaration are so powerful in their original 😩
The only two covers in this video that I will defend with all my life are Brain Revolution Girl and Envy Baby, these songs are one of the main reasons why Toya and Mizuki are my fave vocalists 😂🙈
Edit: And from now on I will also protect Bad Apple, I just can‘t get enough of the cover!!!

For Just be Friends I legit can't imagine it without Luka. I think she really helped with the overall singing that An and Kohane were doing
Personally i feel like because n25 covered a remixed version of bad apple it sounds better. If they sung like this to the original itd be good but not as good yk.
And with Teo its really relatable i hated the cover ever since i started the game and for two years i ignored the song. listened to the original and fell in love.
With kamippoina i feel like just kanade would be fine, same with dance robot dance, because nene is barely heard it wouldve been better as just emu.
Drop pop candy original is better (not the vocaloid version vecause theres two and my silly little brain doesnt understand why).
Romeo and Cinderella doesnt give the same vibe in the cover than the original.

Also Ussewa was really underwhelming. My favourite unit is 25-cord but thematically this song suits Akito and Toya better :( Damn even Ena would do it justice, her VA can pull really mean tones.
Definitely agree with Kami no Mani Mani. They just didn't do it justice at all.

Tbh there’s only a select few i disagree with from this list, one being kami no manimani: i was introduced to the game by this cover and so it will forever be nostalgic and adorable af in my mind

the envy baby cover is just ass rins tuning is just... and they didn't even bother giving Kanade the "I wanna people save". mizuki carried. also I dont like the "edgy song so its nightcord!!1!" thing that pjsk has. What I mean is that they sometimes give songs that fit other units or characters to n25 immediately just bc "oh it's sad it can ONLY be nightcord right??"

Even if I defend Envy Baby and Bad Apple by heart, I still have to agree that thier original covers are better. Well, I'd say that N25 Apple is equal to the iconic original version. I know it's a controversial opinion, but I just love that cover sm.

I'll just say, this could be quite polemical... as I see now because of some coments because of Envy Baby xd
I didn't heared all the songs, but for some that I can say my honest opiniok
I like the TTB cover pretty much, more than the original? Not that much, I think for me they're pretty similar in position, the lower key in L/N cover gives it another feel and it goes pretty good with Honami and Saki
With Bad Apple... I'll be honest, I didn't like that cover xd
And for Teo, The cover somethings feels off sometimes... I still like it a lot, but in this case I prefer original.
I won't give opinion for other ones because or I didn't heared or only the cover song, so nothing to say, just that in Envy Baby Mizuki carries a lot (really her voice is just so fking good) and in Kami no manimani I really love Nene's solo cover
The only ones I agree with here are Tokyo Teddy Bear and Just Be Friends, only just cuz why did they have to change the tune of the song

I agreed with a lot of the songs but not with your written opinion lol and fully disagreed with the rest BUT I'M GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT PREFERS THE OG SIX TRILLION YEARS AND OVERNIGHT STORY that song changed my brain chemistry forever and I can't like any alt idk why

I disagree with all of these apart from Sweet Magic, Yobanashi Deceive and Setsuna Trip. When Setsuna Trip came out on en, I instantly changed it to GUMI ver as Rin's tuning is awful in the Sekai ver. I'll defend all the other covers in this video with my life.
