Hi, your email address on your website isn’t working? It is saying it doesn’t exist when I tried to send you an email asking when will you have your curry paste back in stock?
Also the link on the email message doesn’t open an email to you it opens for info@mysite and not your email address….
You need to get rid of all the non related pop ups on the website, get it turned into proper commercial website please. ❤

They look absolutely sensational! I love a good spring roll and they looked great I love the addition of the corn. I'm working the weekend after next, guess what I'm taking to work for weekend snacks! That sauce looked amazing too. It's 1am here and I am absolutely drooling.
I did try to make spring rolls once. The filling was really delicious, but the end result was a disaster. I know what I did wrong. I really want to try these, including the MSG!
Oh, and by the way, your knife skills are incredible! I know it's years of practice, but I could only dream of being able to chop like that.
Thank you for another absolutely awesome recipe. If I ever make it to England, I am so going to your restaurant!

Its becasue most places no aren't chefs, takeaway kids like me don't want to follow, you work so hard for so little money, and then people begrudge you when you have to raise your prices, so takeaways are bought by people looking for a carrer change and like westerners not everyone can cook

I once had some amazing Cantonese (I think) things that were described on the menu as "Paper wrapped prawns". They were a minced prawn paste with other ingredients that were wrapped in a very thin light paper and then formed into little "money bag" shaped parcels and deep fried. They weren't like a thick crispy batter on the outside, but it was translucent and you could almost seen the paste inside. They were SUPER tasty and I've only ever found one image of them online and never found a recipe. Do you have any idea what they were? Thank you!

Do you find the vegetable spring roll to be more successful and just mix up the dipping sauces for extra taste. I've found duck/chicken/pork to always be a bit bland in a spring roll maybe it's the skimping on ingredients from bad takeaways?

In the 80s the UK supermarkets used to have a wide range of Daloon rolls in the freezer section. 40 years on and I still internally call spring rolls "Daloon rolls".
I guess back then every house had a chip fryer, now people con themselves into thinking air fryers make good chips. (lol) You can't beat a deep fat fryer for certain foods, luckily the electric ones make the dreaded "chip pan fire" a thing of the past.

The proprietor's cute daughter at my favorite Chinese café asked me - "Would you Ike a Spring Roll?" - I said "Yes! But I don't want to wait that long; how about a hug right now?" Anyway, now the café is off-limits to me for three weeks - so I will use your recipe instead, thanks!

I simply cannot get on board with corn in Chinese food. It seems to be something of late, nothing I ever remember seeing until recently.

I really like your videos but it really annoys me when you try and correct your mom..she has done this for a longer time than you. In fact if you didn’t have your mom I probably wouldn’t watch your videos.

Mum is the star here, no doubt on that, but on the other platforms where I cook alone I have 1.2 million followers and yes mum has been doing this longer but before we combined places my restaurants and outlets were always higher rated, I’m nearly 40 and started at the age of 11, I also have worked in fair more kitchens than mum to build my base up and expand like mum hasn’t, in blind test people always pick my dishes and cooking over mum, and as mum works for me, it’s often hard to not show that on camera and let her take the lead, to improve on the 5 generations of chefs that I hail from. I’ve also shown mum lots of new ways to do things from said experience. But thanks for belittling my experience and vast wealth of cooking knowledge 😂
