it's not about front end. it's all about JS if you are a web developer. since front-end developers often don't try to learn JS properly, they would have a hard time and lots of rejection. they give more priority on the framework and library.
@@Takatou__Yogiri i don't know what you mean by learning JS properly, i believe that testing a frontend developer with concepts like DFS, Dynamic programming, Dijkstra etc would be unfair since on a daily basis, we do not deal with such problems. I can solve medium problems on Codewars (out of passion and innate problem solving interest) not out of necessity (except when searching for new roles 😄)

On the other hand, If you were let's say from Mexico, U.S is 2hrs ahead of you, in a 9-5 job schedule, you and your employee would have 6hrs overlap, which means you can comfortable be working with them

The majority of the world's population would be excluded, given that only a handful of countries share a time difference of less than 4 hours with the US. Within the United States itself, there is a 3-hour time difference from coast to coast.
