I just started business in the heavy equipment industry. I do dirt work, land clearing, site development, etc. do you have courses or programs to help with doing bids for that?

National Estimator as a starting point. You should eventually update pricing and create your own custom database. Every company is different. Your employee costs, production rates, etc.
This just covers the basics and is ok for small projects but useless for a major project where things keep changing and your price is 15% too high and you are being forced to take all of the risk. That's what happens in the UK and the Americans and Japanese couldn't cope so disappeared back to their homelands.
