Probably and nothing wrong with a glass or two. My friends that are doctors and psychiatrists do each night. It’s not hard alcohol and if it became absolutely necessary to live and not have seizures, it would take more than one or two. I mean one or two actual ones. Not filled to the brim.

Not to mention how many women go on adventures with men they know love & trusts, just to end up dead in a desert somewhere by the same hands that they thought would keep them safe. Foh 😂
When I see how relaxed and free you and your dogs are that makes me want to at least experience going in the middle of no where at least for one day. It must feel nice like a fresh breath of air to get away from everyone.
They're relaxed in tv. She's always driving somewhere new, which is got to be annoying sometimes. Blm and all these land let you stay 2 weeks in the whole forest or unit, so there a lot of "where next?" And she frequently talking about safety concerns. So she has her crap to contend with as well
And thank you for not parking in the truck parking. Nothing more frustrating than pulling in to park your semi, and some of the very limited truck parking spots are being used by vans or small campers and even cars that could easily park in a regular spot.
@rcole3838 don't understand the question marks. Thought the comment was pretty clear. I was thanking her for not parking in the truck parking at the rest area. A lot of times us truck drivers pull into a rest area and one or more of the very limited truck parking spots are occupied by a van, car, or other vehicle that will fit in normal car parking spots and we have nowhere to park because of it.
@vanghostart4970 wow, we must have one of the dipsticks that has a van and wants to feel important parking in the truck parking. Sleep well. Enjoy messing with someone's livelihood. And see if you can help your mom, I'm tired of her calling me
yeah was wondering that too, maybe it was originally safe then something contaminated it and the rest stop is too remote for them to want to spend the money to fix it
If your vehicle is overheating it can be used to help with that. A lot of times in the west these spots are at the top of a long incline or after great distances withnoservices, so feeding an overheating radiator is a good thing
I really love watching your videos. You seem such a lovely, happy young lady. I’m glad you found someone to share this with. And I’m glad you decided to share it with us. Please, someday share with us some of your more scary moments you’ve experienced.
I haven't seen a ton of videos but I only recognized 3 of the dogs. Your two and Henry's one. Does he have 2 dogs and I just missed it? Ha. Cute doggies. They all look so happy.
Right? I’m also wondering how they keep them from chasing/eating other animals, getting hurt themselves, also wondering if they’re all out there running loose how do you find and pick up their poop?! 😂
(Obviously) not OP but our dogs are always out in long grass running around everywhere, we use tick prevention treatment from the vet and it helps a lot. Also just regularly checking the dogs over for ticks in case there are any! Also re: not chasing animals- that’s just good training and well behaved dogs who have good recall. With pooping (and them possibly hurting themselves) for us it’s just a case of keeping an eye on them, maybe doing a quick scout of the area to check for any obvious hazards
Some areas don't have ticks (so the powers that be say... The lyme disease I'm constantly battling with disagrees) so ticks are not as big of a concern in the desert. Out here in the desert the bigger concern would be rattlesnakes tbh... They love to hide in the shade when it's hot out. Being responsible for a living being is a lot of work
Harts pro flea and tick drop thingy. 3 little tubes for like $20-30 at Walmart. Used them all the time on my boxer and he never had an issue. Or a tick or flea

You’re a very nice lady I can see that.
I love those northern Nevada rest stops. I was driving to Oregon about 20 years and and stopped for a comfort break. I stopped for at least a half hour and not one car drove past. Just as In was pulled back onto the highway I saw another car pulled off in the direction I had come from, so I went back to check on them. They were fine and had just stopped to look at the feral donkeys. I stopped, took some pictures of them, and continued on my way west. That was the day my car earned his name, Trusty. 12 years later and with 411,000 miles on the odometer I had to take it to the junk yard because it wouldn't pass emissions. I cried as I drove away. With Trusty's engine running the junk yard employee drove him away to be stripped down for parts.
@@BeanCruisers It depends. If you just want to drive then yes. Other than Las Vegas and Reno there isn't much civilization, but if you like stark beauty it's perfect. The road I was on was Nevada route 140 west of Denio (deny-oh). US 93 to Ely (ee-lee) from Las Vegas is a great drive too.

I admire you guys so much!!! You are living life to its fullest!! I greatly enjoy your posts!! Question? Do you have to have permission to stay at a rest stop?
Rest stops in the US are free and open to the traveling public. Anyone can use it, but there may be certain restrictions. Some don't allow overnight parking (which I think is dumb). Most prohibit alcohol, tent camping, firearms, parties, fireworks, etc. They do allow picknicking, resting, eating, walking about, walking pets, and so on.

It is just not safe to drink. Many more uses/needs for water, washing, auto etc
There are water filters for making the water drinkable
Still useful to collect it, you can then filter or boil it etc. Use it for anything besides drinking
