First time Dietician knows what she is talking about... it's the best
    Knowledge.
    Indian food is good
    But we have to take
    less of carbohydrates.
    Protein has to be increased.
    Indians eat too many rotis.
I stopped eating wheat 20 years
Ago....my metabolism does not move since iwas a child.
But I was a sports person who
    Played every day...
    Squash.... swimming 40 lengths
Daily for 6 months in summer
    Tennis... jogging
Still I would not have gravy of chicken
But now I'm old so can't
    Exercise sooo much.
    I put on weight
    My eating habits have
    to soo different.
    Every Body...is also different.

She's not bashing Indian food, just pointing out that it's high in carbs. Back in the day, people burned off those carbs with physical activity. Now, with less activity, those carbs can lead to weight gain and make fat loss tough. She's saying Indian food fills us up, but doesn't necessarily help build muscle.

No body talks about sustainable solution except few, hear Rujuta Diwekar.aslo physical activity se bhi balance kar sakte hai. So finally keep metabolism good and eat everything in balance. All nutrients are important. Everyone is creating illusions for own benefits sometimes

I followed Rujuta Diwekar's diet, but eventually, it didn't seem to be working for me anymore. Sadly, my PCOD symptoms returned.

Nonsense ! People have been having this for decades. What has changed is quality, quantity and physical activity! Also, family time , break from work and knowing to live with little.
