They need to buff the gold amounts... unless you running maps whole day long you end up sitting on 0 gold in bank. This is the only mechanic in all of game that is time sensitive... no fun at all to run maps just to get gold
it only gets worse lol even if im only running miners and farmers its still like 15k+/hr
rarity increases gold drops (cause random bad items are converted to gold) get it on rings, bisco leash with 1000 rampage and gold flask helps a lot
@@bruvkek4629 its funny they killed magic find but then made this a thing
@@adamgrabowski938 but it actually is a problem 17k doesnt even cover t10 farmers cost
@@jokerkhrono Yeah I'm guessing if youre running a lot of mappers then it becomes really expensive. I havent used mappers at all yet.
For sailing do 200 of each bar 1000 of each crop and 8000 dust. The. Run shot shipping lines (34min) everyone in my group (5people) are getting at least 5 div a day from running it
If that's really the strategy, that's so boring and lame... It means there's no reason to interact with the mechanic past level 6.😥
yep, smaller the shipment the better bang for buck. Sending 50 verisium bars to nearest karui gives 4-8 stacked decks. 100 or 150 gives the same
@@bruvkek4629 i think imma just sit on resources till monday and then spam spend shipments that bring back jewelry n see if i can get a lucky mageblood or hh lol
No, keep it slower. Otherwise there will be more divines coming into the game than MF builds. Imagine everyone sending millions of value shipments every so often how much currency will just be given to people.
Leagues that are less rewarding are notorious for having some of the worst player retention rates, which isn't good either.
You are 100% right . I just posted a report about that on the forum .
Its sucks . Waste of time about shipping they lied to us lets be honest . And the people went running sanctums and actually got mirroŕs in a s.o.k league and u get 1 chaos and 1 div every 6 days with the league michanic this is trash dude😂😂
Either they need to buff the gold by 50% or more from red maps or reduce the mapper and disenchanter costs. It's crazy a lvl 7 or 8 miner/smelter is 1/4th the cost of a t6 mapper. Maybe they had serious apprehension on giving up botting but it could be more reasonable to normies. Speed clearers will always have it going even with this insane cost
I think they need to buff the entire thing. Sadly, right now every part of it is pretty under-tuned. It’ll probably take casual players another week or two to get everything done, but once you're done, it's pretty much standard.
are you running a specific map by the town or just anything you have left?
just any t16s i have really
i agree when i try to send a ship i'm always missing something
I own nothing and i am happy. the best and worst league ive ever played. much fun, much poor :/
I'd say it's a solid mid tier league. Is it the best league I've ever played? No. Is it the best? Also no.
How are u poor lol I made like 7 divines today off of ships and I only do the first location with only 500-1000 wheat
How much dust? What's the total ship value roughly? @@abagofhotfries
I don't feel any difference (i am poor every league)
@@Wraith0100 mapping gives absolutely nothing
100% i agree , league needs calibrations
hopefully they come sooner rather then later
Just a heads up, every league we are the beta testers, thats how this system works :D
@@matasurbonas7901 itd be super cool if for once we werent
thanks for the info i did say from the start this league shit was fun to start with but shit the longer i went into it
yeah the honeymoon period was really fun learning and testing stuff but now that i know how it works im like oooo...
What happens if you do 3 2k shipment versus the one big 7k shipment. It seems like it may scale at a log do smaller shipments may be better.
From what I've experienced, it seems like each nation places an order, and you get paid based on how much of that order you fill, if that makes sense.
@@jokerkhrono so your saying the random loot already determined by the let’s say 70k wheat so doing let’s say 7 shipments of 10k would result in same return as the one massive?
@@richardmenz3257 thats what im thinking and why theres such a large amount of diminishing returns if you send over the shipment
@@jokerkhrono I been messing with it and doing 1 big shipment I only got 2 x the value of a shipment with 1/10 the items on it. Overall seems like it has demissions returns. I am doing 1 mil shipments every 30 mins to closest port and seems way more rewarding.
@@richardmenz3257 It probably is because it has a super shitty upgrade mechanic where it tries to condense items once a threshold is met, but most of the time it just gives fewer rewards because of it.
From what I'm seeing, going for currency isn't the way with shipping. My guess would be sending a 7M value shipment for scarabs or gems wouls be worth a lot more than 4 div
I haven't tried to target specific types of rewards yet, I usually just send what they ask for they just wanted a lot of crops in that example. I'll have to try sending shipments based on rewards and see if that turns out to be better.
Saying it's not viable does make sense to me because almost all those resources are given accured passively
I don't understand the whole idea of miners and smelters - I'm doing T16/T17 maps all the time, and the amount of ore I get on the maps is so low, that I can easily mine it with T7 workers or lower, the same with smelters. I'm even skipping the fact, that shipping bars anywhere is basically useless. They should add passive ores to miners and add some kind of fun perks we could make a builds with to workers (f.e. T10 worker having a perk "farming 500% more Pumpkin, but all other crops yield 5% less").
then you map to slow
8 hour wait for free dig that insane
Gold ist Fine When the drops are higher, the main motivation for many players is less. Once you have upgraded everything, gold is no longer really a problem. T17 maps bring in 50-60k gold per map.
I mean, not really. The cheapest T17 is 50c without scarabs or a map device, so only getting 50-60k per map when you need millions is really bad. That's like 1,000 gold per chaos.
@@jokerkhrono T16 gives 20k. I run them in 2 minutes. T17 I walk when they drop for me. With the gold per hour, that's more than enough even if you've upgraded everything, which is the case for me.
@@El_Cattivo1988 But my point is that for the average player who is not running T16 maps in 2 minutes and cant run T17 maps, gold is horrible, which is the majority of people.
I no longer do the league mechanic, because other than the occasional lucky divine(which can also happen in maps), the mechanic is total trash when it comes to rewards. So I just run maps, ignore the mechanic and save all my gold for the currency exchange.
The only part I would say is worth using is a set of T10 map runners doing 8-mod maps because it seems kinda cracked, but I know that's not viable for a lot of people.
@@jokerkhrono whats their success chance on that? :D
@@horus666tube they have a 1% fail chance and complete about 75-80% of the map on avg
my dude has done in a week what will take me 3 months. at least I know that by the 4th month it'll get boring 😂
Yo joker do you ever sleep ;O
not much during the first week of a league lol i try to make the majority of my currency
Standard has the loot 😂
i was wondering where it was 🤣
Every time i hear the "yooo" in ur intro it always makes me think if wannabe by spice girls lol
imma have to look up the song now lol
I'm in no way endorsing that song but it pops into my head every time
I think people are forgetting this IS an afk mechanic. It’s gamba at best and needs to be for balance reasons. You can’t just print free divines all day while you farm divines all day lol. That would create massive inflation. I would consider the items routes more and just add food for bubble gum currency
But it's not AFK at all. You need to be constantly mapping to keep the city running, and while normal people make 8-15k gold per map, the vast majority will get very little to no benefit. No one wants a ton of bubble gum currency besides SSF players.
@@jokerkhrono Respectfully while I understand that desire. Giving out low effort divines is just another way to inflate the economy. Also it should be said that shipping for currency is only one of the features of the town. Honestly I can’t remember another league where you ever did almost nothing and got divines? I just don’t see a solid argument here.
@@shaunlake8016I don’t know man, since the majority of the player base struggles with making currency, I don’t see how making currency harder to get is a good thing.
Its the best league for ssf
that is probably true i can see ssf players loving the shipping cause its easy free upgrades
Bad balance aside, the whole concept is kinda weird, I want to play an ARPG, not a mobile base building game.
That's true as well. I've seen a lot of people say the same thing.
You saying this in a game where there's a heist mode, tower defense and roguelike elements is kinda backwards lol
@@AwesomeNuke Which at least have the actual gameplay interwoven a bit, Settlers is simply tacked on.
@@wurzelbert84wucher5 Managing and upgrading a town is "actual gameplay" just as much as the other leagues i mentioned xD
So basically, the league mechanic is a waste of time. Better to just focus on other things.
Can you write a forum post on this? Make sure not to make it too long otherwise GGG won't read it.
I don't know how else I could phrase it besides, "Hey, you need to buff everything by at least 50%."
@@jokerkhrono I believe you, you're speaking the truth. And it's not just a buff to gold, but the rewards too.
@@magicsmoke0 heres to hoping ggg does the fixes sooner rather then later
Yeah i gave up, the league is super crap for casual players, kind of stupid considering the afk looting is directed at more casual players that they falsely advertised XD
Yeah, it's really not friendly towards casual players at all. I think the highest gold per map I've seen for casuals is Alch and Go or Synth maps, which is a max of 15k per map . To max your city, it's like 1 million.
i think its very good state, DONT MAKE it better just run it while you do MAIN things, and oncce in a while something map or ship delivers useful things, got so far 2 div, some 1div tattoos and so on. i DONT want to HAVE to run ships all the time as soon as they arrive because their loot is such powerful. that makes them way to mandatory........
run here and there a ship or set up a map device and if they return crap ,,, so is it, if something useful comes around fine.
they NEVER find the perfect balance because there is no perfect balance for everyone so better let them be LESS than TO MUCH rewarding,
