Nova (Mirador) Titan Plus Motorised LED 4m x 3m pergola - NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!

Nova is the UK arm of Mirador. On the face of it their pergolas look great, so if you see one at a show you'll be impressed as I was. Having owned my Nova/Mirador pergola for some 3 months however it has become clear to me that Nova/Mirador are far more interested in sales than they are service. From my conversations with the supplier it appears Nova hold no parts (i.e. louvre motor, LEDs, power supply, wiring etc.) in the UK and need to order everything from China. Additionally, following Nova's own admission that my pergola was supplied with the wrong wiring loom making it dead on arrival, they informed me they had no replacements available. The replacement took weeks. Now they tell me they cannot replace my blown power supply & need to talk to China. Buying one of these Nova pergolas may seem tempting, but you're taking a big risk!

Hi I’m considering purchasing a manual version of this it’s poor that the importers aren’t holding any spares on top of that being let down continuously hopefully you’ll get a satisfactory result eventually!
Could I ask apart from the electrics how you rate the product even though it’s had little use?
