I came to your video because I wanted my menu bar at the top of the window like you have but Microsoft seems ro have remived it 🤦 You can go up to one of the options and change the speed from low, normal, and high and I can't seem to figure it out.
Out of context I can’t answer that. Kbps of what? Network speed? File transfer speed? Drive speed? Internet speed? Generally, more is better. But sometimes more kbps can be bad. For example, high network usage when no apps are running could mean you have a virus.
