▶Ingredients
★Mold size Ø15cm★
3 Eggs
415g Cream cheese
200g Whipped cream
105g Sugar
10g Matcha powder
10g Lemon juice
4g Vanilla extract
▶How to make
1. Mix cream cheese and sugar well.
2. Divide the eggs into 2-3 times and mix well.
3. Add matcha powder, whipped cream, and lemon juice and mix.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ (428℉) for about 30 minutes.
