hey unc i got the same amp like a year ago along with a Gretsch G5220 Electromatic Jet BT and it sounds horrible, there is a lot of hum and i tried to get rid of it with a ground conextion, getting the firmware updates and even changing the cable but the hum still goes really hard and its quite impossible to play, how did u connect ur guitar?, ive seen some of ur vids and yours sounds amazing, hope u give me some advice
Oh man that stinks. The hum could be a lot of different things. Guitar, amp, or cable. First thing is determining where the hum is coming from. Have you swapped out guitar cables? Have you gotten a hum going into another amp? Have you gotten the hum with another guitar going in to the amp?

@rickd-guitar well I didn't get to play it without that hum so I would say 3 out 10 or maybe 4, i made a bad purchase, now I'm thinking about buying a epiphone les paul classic we'll see man, I still have the will to play that's the important thing!
@@francesfrijolescobain2005 I’ve played a couple of the Epiphone Les Pauls. They are pretty good.
