Ye "who hurt you" jo commonly used sentence hay is a sarcastic and smooth tactic for : I don't have tolerance and time to hear your sad story and try to understand and reply sensibly and realistically but also want to pretend as if I care to look humanistic in front of you and others(95% of the times,5 % is sincere and honest in that question *SADLY* )
There was a show on star one called Great Indian Comedy show which had a superhero named “Chhuttaman”. He used to carry chhuta (coins) with him. Also, Kiku Sharma played Bhojpuri Superman. It was hilarious.
The reason behind people got crazy for black panther was also the context behind the film. It was a massive movie with a huge African American and African star cast at the forefront. It was a new step forward for America pop culturally.
Had there not been superchats, the actual podcast would have been devoid of anything other than DC and Marvel movies and BTS discussions about these movies..... But at least they started with the OG TISS superhero... "Bhai reference" 😂
Varun can you plz after every podcast. give a list of all those movies, web series, documentary and everything that you mention in the discussion. bcos ur suggestions are really awesome ❤️🙌
I have watched lots of anime and the reason behind it is cause there villians and even the support character have much more backstory with lots of emotions. As discussed by Neville sir that adds upto the story. The rooting for the protagonist increases each moment.
You 4 have no idea how important ya'll are to me . I was unemployed for most of the 2020-2021 lockdown and felt low AF but TISS and your bakar is what helped me feel rejuvenated and kept me going . I have a job now and soon will give you a superchat from my first salary . Keep going guys. Ya'll rock .
Varun, Kautuk and Aadar - u guys are superheroes for valiantly trying for an hour to explain the metaphysical, transcendental, and existential story (not) behind the Snyder cut to Bawa-man. I aged from my 50s to my 60s by the time he got it. 😊Btw, All Gujjus should be called "Olkhaan man" with "Aapdi olkhaan che" as their super power for getting all things done.
I relate with bawa so much. Superheroes arent nearly as good as manga/webtoons imo. Also morality is better explored through books or metaphorical movies. Like a trojan message which you can realise later (like Haider). Not to mention i think a large part of toxic masculinity is contributed to by wrong potrayal of the idea of a 'superhero'.
1:06 guys there was a whole tv series based on Indian superheroes named 7 which was based on saptarishi reincarnated as humans with special ability... it was aired on Sony Channel around 2008-2009 when they had some kind of tie up with yrf and this serial along with some others were produced by yrf
If you observe the airport scene in Civil War, there is a vehicle similar to Bluth family’s stair car from Arrested Development as a homage to the show.
Not a big superhero fan, have only watched the Batman Trilogy, Justice League (2017 + animated), Man of Steel, Batman v/s Superman, Wonder Woman and Spiderman Homecoming in the last 4-5 years. But still watched the whole episode because #TISS is love! And like I had mentioned a couple of weeks back that watching the episode on the same night is a ritual! Love all you guys! You'll do an amazing job! Also, is there still scope to join in the new TISS project? I really want to be a part of it!
Aadar’s entry reminded me of ironman landing and looking up (the iconic one ) and while trying to walk just stumble over a rock 😂😂 great one Aadar we were waiting for u to contribute in this superhero universe. From one superhero fan to other ✌️✌️
@@IITianProudIndian If I induce puke, that’s nice. Or maybe you should visit the gastroenterologist. It could be the Khakra Dosa Peeza or your shitty Boomer worldview that’s affecting you so adversely.
I’m done with Alpha Male Superheroes, but I loved the X-Men (Mystique is a Queen), Pooh from K3G, and Miranda Priestly were my favourite superheroes growing up.
54:49 guys by my theory, Irishmen was purposefully made that long so that sub-consciously, till end, even we can get the exact feel of joe pesci and/or robert de niro. which was that they have spent all their life in a very adventourousand thrilled way whereas now they're just waiting to die and finish all the things once in for all... I think eve taxi driver was made with the same motive, with which scorsese wanted to express that how deniro's character feels after getting retired from thrilling army life and now just passing days without any motive... he wanted us to feel that emptiness and boredom, which he successfully did...
Gentle reminder to varun for CID PODCAST

Ah I see you are a man of culture as well
We want a Bawa cut of this episode
😂😂😂
Guys we've found it! This episode is probably the least Bawa has spoken in. apparently superheroes are his Kryptonite 😂😂

BHAVESH JOSHI BY VIKRAMADITYA MOTWANE REALLY STRUCJ ME BECAUSE OF ITS INTENSE RELATABILITY AND ICONIC CHASE SCENE
It needs a sequel
Is it a good movie
@shubhakar sharma it is how an origin story should be in my opinion
@@superhuman1817 It doesn't.
Why does everyone on superchat has to share their life story and then thank Varun ?
Joel Schumacher’s 1995 Batman Forever has a beautiful soundtrack- Kiss from a Rose.

Thise guys did an amazing job and their VFX artists reacts series is just awesome
Major role reversals for Aadar and Neville Bawa today😂😂
The sheer Inability of bawa to put his dislike into words is hilarious ❤️😂😂😂
Bawa is the "anti trend so im cool kid" of this podcast
