About 12 years ago I found a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath town house located just off Hwy 231 aprox 20 minutes from the beach. It was a foreclosure and could have got it in the low 40s. I am still kicking my self for NOT jumping on it.
Ouch! Don’t beat yourself up too bad. If everyone had a crystal ball we would all be millionaires. I know I would have done a ton of things differently!
Great tour! I live in Panama City myself and love it. Two of my favorite places to frequent are The Portal Game Board Cafe, where you can get together with friends and family and play board games, card games, and RPG's all day, grab a Wizard Beer and a snack. The other is Point Break Arcade, which has some great old and new video arcade games to play. Both places are located in the Historic Downtown Panama City area. Tell them Old Nerd Reviews sent you! 😁

welcome to the "bowling alley". people might want to take 5 minutes and study where hurricanes go in florida before buying property on the panhandle.

@@LivingontheEmeraldCoastFlorida What are your thoughts on Freeport? Does it feel to far from the beach? Panama City is so close to the beach which is a plus.
I did a video on Freeport as well. It’s not far at all. In fact I would say that it is probably the same as PC to the beach. I did a whole video on Freeport. I really like it there. You get so much bang for your buck. If you were to compare the two I would say PC is the older city rebuilding and on the move vs. Freeport which feels a lot like a suburb in a major metropolitan city.
