This is one of the most well-thought-out and constructed shows I have ever witnessed in my five decades of marching band and drum corps competitions. The musical selections were brilliantly chosen for the theme; the marching formations are spectacular; and the props are jaw-dropping. Kudos to the show designer; the parents who engineered and built the props; and the students for fabulous marching and playing.
Glad to see Westfield doing such a great show with those props. Here’s their first year of use. Did they find a new home this year?? ruclips.net/video/p5MMg0tsKyc/видео.html
I saw this band a POC my band was there we were a 2a band. I stayed the whole time and I loved every bands show regardless of placement. Although, when I saw Westfield, I was wowed away. I couldn’t believe what I watched! I had the music and my band discussed about this show for so long. This wasn’t “big band awesome” this was “AMAZING” a totally different level, it was amazing.
This show is god tier stuff. As a trombone player from West Springfield High School, I saw a decent fraction of your show at the South County competition. In our free time, me and a few of my friends have tried playing the trombone feature from in your show. Yall got some cool uniforms too. Love those capes. Thanks for taking the time to post this! Absolutely loved watching this!
Okay but 2018, O’Fallon Township HS literally used those too lmao, plus our giant white tarp in our show Stretching the Canvas. Idk if we did the same order with the bands, but we had the pink bands going between the white pillar things
If you want to see a run where all of the props worked at the end go to the more recent recording of this show on my channel
I think O’Fallon had one run all year where all of them worked the way they were supposed to. 😀
@@chrisinstl same with us lol
Oh my goodness!!! I saw this show twice. Once at jmu and at states!!! I love this show so much!!

Peter Rogers the credit goes to our band director Alan Johnson and we actually bought the props from another school named o’Fallon township

I'm reminiscing about good times. I miss those Marching Bulldogs and I hope they can get together again in the summer for Band Camp.
