I work in downtown Santa Monica. These cops are so calm and understanding cuz I see their interactions on the daily. No reason to try fighting them lol.
The word "motorized" would electric bikes, electric scooter which have electric motor be consider motorized? if so they should arrest people with big electric bike with big fat tire, and as big as motorcycle, they are too big and too danger for the bike path.
Looks like Santa Monica police know how to take the tr*sh out. The only person out there with a coat on like he and his Harley (scooter) aren't going to draw attention.
I love the guy on the giant motorized trike, who comes cruising by as the cops are pushing away the scooter. People riding these giant motorized scooters, trikes or vehicles, electric or not, screw it for the rest of us low profile E bikers.
