Got the 85 inch for my living room. It blends in so well with my mid century modern decor, vanishes in to the wall as a very real wall art and is a conversation piece. The samsung art subscription is incredibly good, they have tie ups with art museums like MOMA, so you can put art from their databases in your living room. All the other commentors who are skeptical about how the specs do not match a traditional TV, to notice a difference you need to put 2 tvs next to each other, otherwise you wont. I was on the fence for buying this for a long time, glad I made the decision.
Thats super cool i didn’t know about the art museum! And yes the tv is not the highest level but its still a qled panel. Im pretty sure they are planning on making one with a higher pannel but for that its going to be atleast 2000 more
I just ordered the 85" TV for a new house. I cannot find a template for the slim line mount (where I might need backing) can you give me the offset from the top of the TV?
this is a good question, Im not sure because the mount is place more twords the top of the tv so i feel that the weight would be off. Im going to go with no.
@@letsroll03 as of now the tv is a q60 level panel, they are working on Q90 but till then thats what we have. If you are interested in this tv your not worried about the picture as much as you are making it look like an art piece in your home, blended in with the rest of the room. You simply are paying for the fact that it is an art piece. Same exact thing with the G2 OLED over the C2OLED.
@@WaltsTV over priced. End of story. I know you gotta play along. I don’t. A 75” q60b at Best Buy right now is $1099. How much is that in an “art” tv? $2599.
@@letsroll03 and people are willing to pay it, not everything is about price. And most importantly there is no other tv like it at that price, so as far as concerned they can charge what they want. Hopefully it inspires competition and can bring the price down. You can change the color of the bezel, it has an extreme slim mount keeps it flush to the wall, and its run through one connect so you can easily hide the wire and “back” of your tv in the stand or entertainment center below. Also side note I get to say what I want about whatever products I review. If there is a product I don’t think is worth it I don’t have to do a video on that.
I'd love to have a tv that big
Not only a TV, But a massive art piece!

VESA mount not versa mount. Great video.
LOL
Is it worth buying the 2022 model over the 21? I can get the 21 new in box for $2200 vs $2750 for a 2022 thats been factory Reman
Yeah I think so because of the matte screen, it makes a huge difference on how realistic it can get.

Anyone know if the 85 inch can be mounted vertically?

How long is the connect cable from the TV to the connect box?
5 Meters
I just ordered the 85 inch I hope it doesn't disappoint...
But did you order through walts?! :)
@@WaltsTV No sorry didn't know about you guys till I saw you on RUclips. Great video and very informative
@@bigguy1403 thanks! And hey now you know!
@@WaltsTV 👍
I would never pay that price for a mediocre, gimmick tv.
Have you ever seen the mediocre gimmick of a tv in person? I think that would change your mind…
@@WaltsTV looks at the reviews of the actual tv (not the screensaver)…It’s not worth all the hype.
