First time watching Ben presenting. I think I prefer Ben’s chill demeanor better than Max and Vadim. Not a dig on the brothers, as I like their videos, I’m just surprised to see another talented face on the channel.
I’ve been on the fence about their previous model, I think I will finally purchase the boom 2.
I still love my SoundCore Mini 2's. You could combine them into a stereo pair and put them on opposite sides of the desk so you get the full stereo experience. When it's all in one unit like this Boom 2, the stereo might as well be lost. I was disappointed when the Mini 3's let you pair multiple speakers but I think they lost the stereo so I never tried them.
A lot of people don't realize all new soundcore speakers lost TWS for multi-link pairing. You lose stereo sound - it just gets louder now

Factory default EQ is best. Pair 2 for better sound. Brought it to Aruba for the beach, the Pool and the Gym. This was just right for Air travel. I love my Boom 2's! I still have 4 Sony X10's.

The boom 2 to me sounds like it has more bass! plus its a newer design and it has LEDs in the radiators. It's still your choice, but id go with the new one! Hope this helps!

I keep having battery issues with the charge 5. The old JBL batteries were bulletproof. My Flip 4 is still standing.
All I wanted to know is if it has an Aux port.

@@MaxTechOfficial Yes, and that would be the one I get. I just wish they could have made the battery replaceable - even if it required unscrewing and is not simple. My current soundcore battery is shot - and I wish I could just get a new battery - even if it were $70.

Uuuuggghhhh, another product that requires app usage. Thanks for the head's up, I'm passing on this one.
Out the the box there's no app required at all, the only time you'd need the app is to customize to your specific preferences. which I mentioned in the video that it sounds great out of the box. also there's speakers that have no app controls at all but you wish they did! something to think about!
Doesn't work with AirPlay, it's a fail. Just another way for people to be obnoxious and increase air pollution levels

Just buy the good ol’ Motion Boom Plus
I put it on the back of my e-bike. When the bass is up the whole thing rattles. It tickles my hands and feet so I gotta opt out of that extra kick. It’s quite distracting really. Finally I can actually hear the music over the wind. I upgraded from the Flare 2. No regrets 🫠
