I have run more than 600km in my EP3s and they where great. I retired them since I have them used since more than 2yrs and the foam is getting a bit flat. Outsole, plate and upper are still super. Recently snitched the EP4 and can't wait to take it the distance. The only knock on the EP3s has the tung been for me, it slipped down and with the new design, this should be fixed now. The last supershoe I used was the Adios Pro 3 where after 200km one of the energy carbon rods broke. Saucony just knows how to make great (super)shoes.
First of all, what a good, solid review channel this is. Straight to the point and easy to listen to. I bought my very first pair of carbon plate running shoes in the Endorphin Pro 4 and went out for a run today. Wow, what a different and cool feeling. Easy on the feet and so comfortable. Just to walk aorund in them felt really good.
Crushed my PB in the Brooklyn half a couple days ago wearing the Pro 4’s. The more I wear them the better they feel. True there’s no pop in them like the Pro 3 has but I’ll take that trade off. Great video. Glad I found this channel
I agree, these shoes compared to other super shoes are very stable or as i like to say feel the most "normal". They just feel like an everyday trainer to me in comfort, but definitely feel the snappiness when you push the pace!
Haha great question!! And I can easily tell you the answer to that for this year so far. The Nike Vaporfly 3!! I was expecting so much, but it fell really short for me.
And for trail… the North Face Summit Vectiv Pro. Holy crap that shoe looked amazing on paper but has some serious design flaws that I have no idea how TNF allowed to come to be.
I ran my first marathon with this shoes. I loved them but I did have some pain on the bottom of my foot. I hate how you can’t take the insole out. I have a higher arch so I couldn’t use my high arch sole. Not sure if that was the issue but my feet did hurt a bit

I found the toe box a bit too roomy so had to go a half size down from my Pro 3.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I quite enjoy the airy feeling in these ones but I can see that some may prefer them a little more snug
