Heeeeey I feel you bro bcs when I started volleyball I was using lefty approach and when i realized it was too late I couldnt change bcs it needs à looot of time especially bcs the legs arent very contrôlable so I tried becoming lefty bye hitting the ball to the wall over n over . I think in 2 months I became used to it and now I dont have problèmes with bad sets I can spike with both hands so I will make you more spécial than changing your approach
us lefties find it hard to find a coach who knows how teach lefties

You can toss however you like. Two hands or opposite hand. This is just the most common way to jumpserve.
