    Beer Bread
Ingredients: Bread flour (2 2/3 cup ), Yeast (1/4 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Water (1/3 cup), Beer (3/4 cup), Cornmeal
    1. Combine all dry ingredients
    2. Add in water and beer
    3. Mix together until dough forms
    4. Cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap for 1 hour
    5. Turn dough out onto un-floured surface and fold over 5-6 times.
    6. Place dough back in bowl with the plastic wrap and wait 1 hour.
    7. Repeat step 5-6
    8. Turn dough out on floured surface and flatted down
    9. Shape dough into boule by folding outsides into itself and continue to do until it is in a ball shape
    10. Flip dough over to neat side, and tuck edges into the bottom
    11. Place on a baking sheet lightly lined with oil and cornmeal
    12. Cover and sit for half an hour
    13. Cut slits on top of dough
    14. Place in over for 30 minutes at 450 degrees with a few ice cubes tossed on the bottom.
    15. Remove from oven and let cool
    16. Optional: cut into bread at 45 degree angle and go around the circumference of the bread and hollow out the insides of the bread
    Beer Bacon Mac & Cheese
Ingredients: Pasta (16 ounces), Beer (3/4 cup), Butter (1/4 cup), Bacon, Flour (1/4 cup), Salt (2 tsp), Pepper (1 tsp), Parika (1 tsp), Garlic powder (1 tsp), Milk (2 cups), Heavy cream (1/4 cup), Cheddar cheese (2 cups shredded), Muenster cheese (2 cups shredded), Parmesan cheese (3/8 cups grated), Mozzarella cheese (1 cup shredded)
    1. Cook bacon on low/medium heat letting the fat render down. Once cooked to desired crispness, remove bacon and set aside on paper towel to let the excess fat to be soaked. (leave about a tbsp of bacon fat in the pan)
    2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until desired cook level (we'll be cooking to al dente). Once cooked, drain pasta and set aside in baking dish.
    3. Add butter to bacon fat pan and heat on low/medium heat. Slowly add and mix flour until smooth. Add in the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, beer, milk and cream and bring to a boil, stirring the whole time until thick.
    4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and add in the cheese until melted.
    5. When your cheese mixture has been melted, pour over pasta in the baking dish.
    6. Cook in oven uncovered at 390 degrees for 10 minutes.
    7. While it's cooking in the oven, toast panko bread crumbs and chop up bacon into smaller pieces.
    8. Remove baking dish from oven after 10 minutes and place in hollowed out bread bowls. Top with toasted panko and bacon and place in oven for another 5 minutes.
    Enjoy!
