Boondi isn’t chickpeas in itself…but it’s made by deep frying drops of wet chickpea flour in oil.

6:48 My friend. Bundhi is a sweet made from Lentil flour / Besan . It is sometimes made sweet or salty. In Pani puri the salty version of Bundhi is added. ❤️🙏
So there are two types of bundis, one is sweet and other is sourish or tasteless. Tasteless one is mostly used in pani puri just as to tone down the spices and not bring own taste. Its also used in bûndii raaitaa.

I have lived with white people all my adult life (dating and being married). I generally find that white or non desis generally don’t like gol gappa as much as desis do. Similar to paan, it’s a cultivated taste. Some do love papri chaat though.

harnoor brother from next time u must try my method too so first marinate chicken in garlic ginger vinegar and basic spices such as black pepper powder turmeric powder corrinder powder and salt for 15 mins and fry that whole merinated chicken in butter and your gravy was good ,put whole marinate fried chicken in gravy cook untill the chicken get softer, try this method too u will love it.
I make paneer like this (Am vegetarian). And yes this recipe is the best. The taste from marinating is heavenly🤤🤤
Boondi is not chick peas. Boondis are fried crunch balls made from besan (Chana dal flour)
