    I'm a nurse at a very small school. I pass a couple meds, give out Tylenol and ice packs here and there, then sit in my office all day waiting for someone to get sick or hurt, which rarely happens. Sometimes I work an entire shift without seeing anyone. So I just watch these videos all day while I'm at work to feel like a nurse and not lose knowledge.

    you are the best, high qualify videos and also presented in a Very professional way. I always want it to be a Nurse. But I end up in Cardiovascular Ultrasound, I still watch your amazing videos. thanks a lot

      Wow, thanks for the really kind compliment about my videos. I'm so glad you like how I present the material. Thank you for always watching them. I've always thought cardio ultrasound would be an awesome job. If you ever decide to be a nurse, you most definitely have to go into cardiac nursing...you would bring A LOT of experience and knowledge to that position!

    Thanks once again. Does the NCLEX give both the trade and generic names of meds? Thanks

    • @RegisteredNurseRN
      @RegisteredNurseRN  7 лет назад +4

      You're most welcome, as always, Michelle :) NCLEX gives only the generic because the trade/brand name can have multiple names rather than one name as with the generic. In my videos, I try to incorporate both names because as a nurse you tend to encounter the brand name more often than the generic. This is because physicians tend to write/verbalize orders using the brand name rather than the generic. The brand names are so much easier to say and spell lol.
