The whole stress that she was since she got in the royal family, I am not surprised that she got cancer. The perfection that she undergo her life to make sure that she will be perfect in the eye of the world consumed her soo much. I hope she ll find a way to survive

Omg...she is thinner than Keira Knightley. We all from California wish Kate a speedy recovery but this does not look good, the cancer seems to be very lethal if stomach.

I hope all those people who spread terrible rumors feel good about themselves. They either assumed divorce or William was having an affair. At least give her the privacy now. You never know what people are going through so don’t make assumptions.

How sad, and how badly the whole thing was handled? Why couldn’t William address the people in a way they would have seen she was very ill and she appreciates all of their concerns and will come and speak when she’s well enough? It’s just strange what they did. It doesn’t look good. You know?

Are you kidding me? Yet again when is apple season in London? Definitely isn't at the end of winter. I guess if Céline Dion can sing on stage with Elvis after his passing anything is possible. I don't know how anyone else feels like as the palace continues to play people as the fools, but when every background and person in the pictures are fake and now this video seems to have a fake background, unless Kate has ready to pick apples in her garden at the end of Winter. Sorry, just another plate of BS served up by the palace. So which is it? We were assured Kate didn't have Cancer from the beginning and now that William seems to be under pressure for one reason or another Kate comes out with Cancer. The palace seems to want it both ways, but there only one truth and by yet another fake background we're definitely not going to find it in the monarch.
It's spring here in the UK...those yellow flowers coming out of the ground are called daffodils and the blossom on the tree's isn't necessarily for apple tree's. 😂

The country adore Kate. It's a shame the media over here never stop hounding the Royal family, but she is incredibly brave to say this to the world. It goes to show that anyone can develop cancer. As she sys "keep faith and hope". The 2 things my father had for his 3 months with the awful disease before he passed away in June.
