- A simple video showcasing a rucksack and its reinforced version with a 20 month old toddler. 2 different possible ways to tie: in front or Tibetan. The tightening here is obtained thanks to a folding technique rather than the classic strand by strand.

usually nothing :-) The deep seat with the tilted pelvis means that his head naturally rests on me. If I were to do some more active activity, I might consider using a little scarf to go behind his head (over my shoulder on one side and underneath on the other side). I hope this helps

Thanks! I realized that you gave the info right at the beginning after I sent the message :). Oops! But another question...how long do you feel comfortable in these carries (an hour? more?)? I tend to take long hikes with the dog, and my daughter on my back.
Comfort is a really personal thing. I can carry for a very long time with this carry (over an hour easily) but I don't mind having all the weight on my shoulders. Some people do. Try and see for yourself :-) Otherwise, is there a consultant near you you could benefit from?
