Hello Chris, Thank you for this valuable session My question is how to improve our rankings, i have just increase my bids and optimize our placement so now what can i do to improve our ranking Also my 2nd question is how to improve CVR, i have added all things like attractive images, video, ebc, bundles and defensive targeted now what can you recommend? Thank you Chris,
I have Small Business Certification but amazon is showing me a notice that the certification is going to expire soon and they dont give any way to re-certify. Have you seen this before, I sent a ticket to Seller Support.
Hi, thanks for the video, I have a question. I have one keyword with low CTR (0,17% out of 1770 impressions) but which scored a sale in just 3 clicks... what should I do with that?
Hey, with 1770 impressions and 0.17% CTR you would have gotten 300 clicks not 3. So something is off with the math here, In general, though if you have high conversion rate but low CTR it means there is an issue with your thumbnail. Try split testing your main image against a new main image. Or adding more relevant keywords to your title.
I am best seller since 2 months and struggling to keep it as my competitors reduced their prices to 70% and I am getting everyday negative rating+reviews from buyers who did this on purpose to take me down. Any suggestions for it?
Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. We've dealt with review foul play many dozens of times. You need to take on the mindset of doing everything in your power to reverse the effects of these negative reviews by either: 1 having them removed by Amazon (may take 5 to 7 tries), burying them with a counterbalancing number of 5 star reviews. Typically you need ten to twenty 5 star reviews to counteract each single 1 star review. You will get these reviews in by any means necessary but the primary one is to put in place a good system for adding customers to your email list via your product packaging experience. You can bump your review rate up from 1% (average for Amazon) to 4% using this strategy.
@@Chris-Rawlings About COUPON - it used to be impossible to use coupones together with PPC because the ACOS was calculated from the pre-discount (before coupon) price, so the ACOS always looked much better than it actually was, and it screwed up all PPC management (due to skewed data). Do you please know if this is fixed now?
`Since CTR is highly related to the relevance of the traffic and not just the attractiveness of the thumbnail, the best way to do this is to chose a keyword benchmark to go off of and check it in your search term reports by keyword. You can chose a major keyword to use as the standard you measure off of each time you make a change in your thumbnail.

Genius
Well done .
Thanks :)
How do you find your products CTR metrics so that you can track them over time?

I am also booked for your 5 day challenge.
How did it go? :)
I'm 12 months late but is it too late to say "orange"?
