@@mshaftenberg I started working out at home - pull-ups and push-ups - and doing some basic jumps and precisions while working out outside. It is possible, you know, excruciatingly slow because I'm alone... but possible.

Patrick Silva Still moving! Living in two countries in alternate weeks makes it harder than my age!!! I’ve found that we can squeeze some training during working ours. I do precision jumping from service stairs while going to the bathroom between floors. It’s better than nothing, and most of the days that’s what I can get.
